ROCKING HORSE MAKER & EQUINE SCULPTOR

Celine Moulin is a master sculptor renowned for her exquisite equine creations, from large rocking horses to intricate horse sculptures.

Growing up surrounded by woodworking, Celine was inspired by her parents, who spent their time restoring boats, repairing antique furniture, and renovating old cottages. It was only natural that she followed in their footsteps.

At just 14, she crafted her first horse from an offcut of beech decking her parents were using – marking the beginning of her lifelong passion. Today, she has perfected her craft, sculpting everything from majestic rocking horses with full tack and paintwork to striking Trojan horses and delicate sea horses.

Her meticulous process involves extensive hand-sanding, ensuring a flawless finish for each unique piece. A single rocking horse takes over three months to complete, while each Trojan horse requires two to three weeks of dedicated craftsmanship.

Celine is deeply honoured when collectors from around the world acquire multiple pieces of her work, grateful that her creations are cherished by so many.

At the upcoming Fair, she will showcase two large rocking horses and several Trojan horses, offering visitors a glimpse into her artistry, her history, and the heirloom-quality sculptures that will be treasured for generations to come.
