We will be well-dined this year with cafes and watering holes being increased again at the event:

Lower Floor of the Pavilion – the catering crew of Little Haven Palliative Care are back, in the Little Haven Cafe, offering great choices – high teas and gourmet delights, snacks to substantial plates, with teas, coffees and cold drinks.

The “Street Food” Court – located around the Pavilion, try out the street food! Various community groups will be serving delicious food options, coffee & tea – the selection includes loaded corn cobs and gourmet hot dogs (who doesn’t love a hot dog?) – the Cob’n’Dog Bar, Ploughman’s Packs, loaded fries, nachos, home-made lemonade and great coffee! .

In another new and great new venue, in the Brewers Corner, enjoy a Craft Beer from Your Mates, sip a sample of award-winning mead or ginger beer!

PLUS! Great real coffee, provided the crew from the Mary Valley Rattler

Plenty of car parking is available on the grounds, with entry on Exhibition Road, Southside Gympie. There’ll be directional signage and car parking attendants. There is also a handicapped parking area, close to the event entry, and golf buggies to transport those who struggle with mobility.

Buses welcome. Call 0409 621 232 to let us know so we can help your group to  fast-track entry and provide maps for bus parking etc. Buses have a different parking area than visitor car parking.

BUS PARKING: Buses have a different parking area. Please click here for more info, and call 0409 621 232 to let us know you are bringing a bus so we can make it easy for you.

Hosted by the Gympie Rotary Club, the Heritage Makers Fair partners with many volunteer community groups and charities who provide services at and for the event. This assists greatly with their fundraising endeavours, networking and group awareness.

Official Carers Cards are accepted for complimentary entry when accompanying the person they care for, provided that person has a valid ticket. Carers must present their card at the gate upon entry.

Council rules don’t allow dogs or pets onsite. We’re all dog/ pet lovers, but with horses, forges and lots of people around, it’s a safety concern. Hope you understand!
