The Heritage Kitchen, evoking memories from our past, is all part of the experience at the Heritage Makers Fair. While the full program is still a “works-in-progress”, this area will include a gastronomic delights – from watching beekeepers spin honey, seeing how damper is made (the aroma is part of the experience) and more, this area is not just a food court.
COUNTRY FAYRE
Catering charities and community groups are serving up everything from light bites to hearty meals – come hungry, ready to indulge. Leave your diets at home and enjoy a true taste of tradition. Includes gluten free, vegetarian & plant-based options.
IN THE PAVILION
In the Pavilion, Little Haven Palliative Care’s catering crew will be working their magic, serving a feast of gourmet delights! From high teas, sweet/ savouries, rolls, grills and more, herbal teas, coffees and drinks.
HAMMER & TONGS
Hearty country fayre, washed down with a cold craft beer or reviving coffee or tea. Caterers Set4Life, who raise funds to support the wellbeing of residents 17 remote communities, will work alongside the Gympie Freemasons.
COFFEE
Need a pick-up? Head to one of the many great coffee carts scattered around the site – follow the coffee aroma.
