Is there cafes at the fair
We will be well-dined this year with cafes and watering holes being increased again at the event:
Lower Floor of the Pavilion – the catering crew of Little Haven Palliative Care are back, in the Little Haven Cafe, offering great choices – high teas and gourmet delights, snacks to substantial plates, with teas, coffees and cold drinks.
The Hammer & Tongs Cafe, Turf Club Dining Room – hearty country cooking, sit-down and meals on the run – washed down with a cold Craft Beer, wine and cold drinks, the Set4Life girls are raising funds for this great cause, along with the Gympie Freemasons
The “Street Food” Court – located in the Domestic Arts venue, try out the street food! Gympie Girl Guides, Gympie East School and Gympie West School man the food court here, serving to the new Bytheway Cafe & Stage – the selection includes gourmet hot dogs (who doesn’t love a hot dog?), loaded sandwiches (clubs and subs), delicious home baking and great coffee! Grab a snack, a meal, a coffee and enjoy the speakers on the podium.
And in another new and great new venue, in the Brewers Hophouse, enjoy delicious stuffed potatoes with a variety of toppings, a Craft Beer from Your Mates, sip a sample of award-winning mead or gin! Presented by Perseverance Street Theatre Company.
AND!! Special surprise – renowned chef Matt Golinski will be presenting 2 cooking demos, using native foods and old-time recipes! When not on stage, Matt will be providing 2 meal choices using native ingredients. Visit Matt at the AroMATTic van in the food court.
PLUS! Great real coffee, provided the crew from the Mary Valley Rattler
